Lake Viñuela – a beautiful place to walk, cycle or barbeque
Just ten minutes’ drive North of Escuela La Crujia is the most magnificent and beautiful man-made reservoir known as La Viñuela. It provinces water for the whole area and often for Malaga city and is essential for our existence here. But it is also a most beautiful place to visit.
Day trip: Nerja caves, Frigiliana and the lost village of Acebuchal

Perched precariously on steep, deep ‘tajo’ (gorge), this is a most ‘visitable’, picturesque town, frequented by walking groups and curious tourists and well worth a day trip.
